北里微生物資源ライブラリーについて
Kitasato Institute of Life Sciences, Kitasato University has been accumulated producing bacteria of useful natural compounds about 40 years. Kitasato University Research Organization for Infection Control Sciences has also accumulated marine-derived microorganisms. In order to offer broad use of these microbial resources including bacteria, actinomycetes, and filamentous fungi, we disclosed database consisting of approximately 16,000 items of microbial resources information and natural compound information such as molecular formula of compounds, structure, biological activity, etc.
