Master's Degree Program

　The Master's Degree Program of Nursing at Kitasato University aims to develop a high level of specialized skills in the fields of academic and practical nursing by further advancement of continuous nursing education.
The curriculum is designed to provide deeper and more specialized academic knowledge and to train professionals who can utilize research skills and deliver advanced specialism in their chosen field. Our Master's Degree program consists of the following nine specialized areas with the objective of training staff who can actively serve in practical, research, and educational fields. We also provide this program so that we can contribute to improving the quality of nursing andsolving current issues in nursing practice.

Doctoral Degree Program

　The Doctoral Degree Program in Nursing is designed to provide a course to develop advanced research skills and more specialized aptitudes, as well as to train professionals who will serve ineducational and research development at an institution. Students will be able to serve in practical, research, and educational healthcare settings as specialized nurses ornurse administrators.
　The Doctoral Degree Program consists of the following seven areas of study and aims to prepare students to serve as training educators, researchers, and highly specialized practitioners who can managehealthcare needs in modern society. Students will contribute to extending the quality of nursing in educational institutions as well as in the field of nursing practices.
