By employing advanced techniques in structural biology—including NMR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography, and electron microscopy, coupled with LC-MS/MS—we aim to visualize the three-dimensional structures of biomolecules and their complexes (proteins, nucleic acids, and small molecule inhibitors/activators) at atomic resolution. Our goal is to leverage these approaches to elucidate molecular interactions, uncover catalytic mechanisms in enzymology, and ultimately pave the way for designing proteins with novel or enhanced functionalities.
